Overview
Join our small and growing team. We are locally owned and operated, and focused on long-term reputation and growth in the Bozeman area. We perform small window repair/replacement jobs, as well as large, multi-scope remodel work including siding, framing modifications, and window replacement.
This paid position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in multiple trades.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support various construction tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for material handling and site setup
- Support carpentry activities including framing, trim carpentry, and siding installation
- Learn new skills related to windows and siding.
Requirements
- Prior experience is not required. Willingness to learn is essential
- A good attitude toward hard work, a healthy clean work culture, respect for people and property
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work on ladders and at height
- Ability to be on feet all day, wearing tool-bags, operating at an efficient pace
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. regularly, and more at times with team mates
