What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor position at Bozeman Inn?
Bozeman Inn is looking to hire a night auditor. The shifts we are hiring for are Mondays from 11PM-7AM, Tuesdays from 11PM-7AM, Wednesdays from 11PM-7AM, and Thursdays from 11PM-7AM. We are looking for someone to work from one to all of these shifts. There are 8-32 hours per week available.
A night auditor is trained on all the same tasks as our front desk employees plus the night audit report. The tasks associated with this position include, but are not limited to: selling vacant rooms, checking guests in, answering phone calls, making reservations, inputting data into our reservation system, doing the night audit report, and keeping the office clean.
Paid training is provided.
