HOUSEKEEPING

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Technician. This position is for Housekeeping within the dealership.

Candidate will be responsible for overall cleanliness of out showrooms, customer lounges, restrooms, administrative and executive areas. The ideal candidate will be a great team player, energetic personality, and have a positive attitude and good work ethic. Candidates will be scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays with alternative days off during the week.

A 40 hour work week is standard and there may be some occasional overtime during peak times.
•    Cleaning all work surfaces
•    Maintain the cleanliness of all customer lounges, coffee and snack bars.
•    Cleaning restrooms including mopping of floors
•    Replenishing of paper products in restrooms, breakrooms, and customer areas
•    Vacuuming all offices are carpeted areas
•    Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
•    Collecting trash from all offices and common areas and disposing of all to outside trash receptacles.
•    Cleaning windows and other glass areas such as office doors
•    Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
