What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, driving strategy and execution across all channels.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that promote our mission, programs, and outcomes.
- Oversee brand management, national and local campaigns, digital platforms, and external web presence.
- Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to share compelling stories and measurable impact.
- Manage budgets, evaluate performance metrics, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Provide strategic insights, reporting, and presentations to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field.
- 10 years of progressive marketing/communications experience, including team leadership.
- Proven success in strategic planning, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
