We’re looking for someone dedicated to aid our mission and assist in improving our daily program opportunities that help youth develop members into the productive, caring and responsible citizens that they all can be!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning Club events, theme days, field trips and other related special events/days.
• Gather media content relating to daily activities and programs at the Club for Club social media page.
• Supervise Club spaces to ensure the safety of all members.
• Assist in identifying and addressing negative behaviors of members and communicate behavior to Unit Director.
• Sign-In and out members and staff daily
• Inputting Membership data
• Monitor, send & respond to emails
• Provide a mentoring relationship with members who need it.
• Assist the Unit Director in other tasks that may come up on a day-to-day basis

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills

• Associates Degree or higher educational level in a relatable field.
• Prior work experience (2 Years) in child care work and/or working with youth in a group and structured manner.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to work well as a team member.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to give detailed instruction to others.
• Able to make logical decisions based upon gathering information from others.
• Organized
• Self-motivated.
• Passionate about supporting youth

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
