Position Summary
The Site Coordinator oversees daily Club operations at our Phoenix Elementary location, ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging environment for youth grades K–5. This position combines administrative duties with hands-on leadership, supervising staff and programs while maintaining strong communication with families, school partners, and community members.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (after-school program)
Additional hours during summer, non-school days, trainings, and special events.
Full-time (32 hours per week)
Compensation
$ $19.50 per hour (DOE, bilingual preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Program & Youth Leadership
Lead and supervise daily after-school and summer programming for K–5 youth.
Ensure safety and positive behavior management throughout the program.
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support youth development.
Supervise Youth Development Professionals and volunteers, providing coaching and feedback.
Administrative & Site Operations
Manage member check-in/check-out, attendance, and membership data.
Handle front desk duties, phone calls, and family communication.
Collect and record program payments accurately.
Oversee USDA meal tracking and ensure proper recordkeeping.
Support facility upkeep and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Leadership & Collaboration
Communicate regularly with the Area Director and Director of Program Quality.
Support program evaluation, data collection, and grant reporting as needed.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and family or community events.
Assist with staff scheduling, performance feedback, and development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, youth development, social services, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in youth programs, education, or related leadership roles.
Strong communication, organization, and group leadership skills.
Experience supervising staff and managing youth activities.
Must be at least 25 years old to meet Club driving policy.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record and willingness to obtain passenger van/bus certification.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
Professional, dependable, and enthusiastic team leader.
Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.
