We are looking for high-energy individuals to work with teen youth attending the Boys & Girls Clubs location in Fargo. Our staff is vital to the safety, development, and growth of the youth in our program. BGC kids have so much fun, and so can you! We offer flexible afternoon schedules with no nights or weekends.
Primary responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with youth, parents, supervisors, and peers
- Supervise and interact with youth
- Implement curriculum plans as directed, including indoor & outdoor activities, sports, STEM, art activities, and more!
- Play games, assist with projects, homework, etc
- Demonstrate good role-modeling to youth
- Youth Care, Child Care, After School
Youth Care, Child Care, After School Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for childhood development and creating a positive learning environment
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)

About Boys & Girls Clubs of the Red River Valley
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Red River Valley provides before-and after-school, all-day, and summer youth development programming to youth age 5 to 17 years old in grades K through 12. We provide youth a safe place to learn and grow, ongoing relationships with caring mentors, life enhancing programs, character development, hope, and opportunity. Youth development activities are based on Academic Success, Character & Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles.
