Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated People Partner to join our team. The People Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned regions, deeply understanding their goals and proactively addressing people-related needs
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance development, talent planning, and compensation practices
- Contribute to the design and execution of talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development
- Counsel managers on leadership and people management skills to enhance team performance and engagement
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies within assigned business units
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in People Operations
- Demonstrated experience in advising and collaborating with leaders on people-related matters
- High level of integrity and ethics, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
