Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Literacy Education or a related field.
- Certification in adult education or literacy instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the literacy levels of participants and identify specific areas for improvement.
- Design and implement individualized literacy programs that address the unique needs of each participant.
- Facilitate group workshops and one-on-one tutoring sessions to enhance reading and writing skills.
- Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and libraries to promote literacy initiatives and resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants, providing feedback and adjusting programs as necessary.

Travel will be required to multiple Club facilities throughout Pinellas County for training and/or other business purposes.
