We're looking for a Youth Development Professional who will float between our Mount Vernon middle school and high school programs, building connections with youth and supporting our teams wherever an extra dose of energy is needed.

Middle and high school youth are figuring out who they are, what they're interested in, and where they belong. You'll get to be one of the adults in their corner-someone who shows up, listens, encourages them, and knows how to have some fun along the way.

Your day could include jumping into a game, helping with an activity, talking sports or gaming, encouraging a new interest, or just being present for a youth who wants someone to talk to. Bring your own interests, too! Music, art, STEM, sports, cooking, gaming, or something completely different can all become ways to connect and get youth involved.

Because you'll work across multiple locations, we're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, comfortable stepping into different Club environments, and able to build relationships with different groups of youth and staff.

Applicants must be at least 23 years old, have reliable transportation between Mount Vernon locations, and be available Monday through Friday.
