TeenTheater Arts Coordinator – Teen Program

Concrete Club | BoysGirls Clubs of Skagit County
Part-Time (25–29 hrs/week) | $22.50–$23.87 DOE/DOQ ( $2.00/hour Concrete location differential)

Teens need more than a place to go after school. They need a place where they feel welcome, where they can be themselves, try something new, and know there's an adult in their corner.

At our Concrete Club, we're looking for a TeenTheater Arts Coordinator who can help create that kind of space.

You'll take the lead in building an engaging teen program where young people want to spend their time, connect with others, and discover new interests. Theater arts will be an important part of that work, giving teens opportunities to perform, create, express themselves, and build confidence-but this role is about much more than what happens on stage.

Some afternoons may include rehearsing a scene or developing a creative project. Others might involve planning an activity, talking through a challenge with a teen, encouraging someone to try something outside their comfort zone, or simply being a consistent, trusted adult who shows up for them.

We're looking for someone who brings creativity and energy to the role while understanding that strong relationships are at the heart of great teen programming. You'll help young people recognize their strengths, develop confidence, build connections, and have experiences that make their time at the Club meaningful.

Experience in theater, drama, or the performing arts is required. Experience working with teens is a plus, but just as important is your ability to mentor, adapt, connect with young people, and create an environment where they feel like they belong. We'll provide training and support to help you succeed.

If you're looking for a role where you can combine creativity and leadership with meaningful work alongside teens, we'd love to hear from you.
