Since 1972, Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County has supported families and inspired young people through after-school, all-day Friday, and summer programs across nine Clubhouses and three Extension Sites.
What You’ll Do
As a Youth Development Program Coordinator, you’ll plan, lead, and supervise activities for youth ages 6–18 in one or more of these program areas:
- Physical Education & Health
- Career & Education
- Prevention
- Social Recreation
- Arts & Crafts
Current openings: Pueblo Academy of Arts Clubhouse
Schedule:
- School Year: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
- School Breaks: 5-hour shifts between 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
(Some evenings and weekends may be required.)

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with youth (elementary, middle, or teen)
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Patient, kind, and enthusiastic about youth development
- A positive role model who leads by example
- Able to communicate and work well with diverse backgrounds
- Organized and able to work independently
- Willing to learn, grow, and be part of a dynamic team
All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
Work Environment
This is a lively, fast-paced environment where every day brings something new! You’ll be on your feet for much of the day, supervising active groups of children, assisting with activities, and maintaining safe, engaging spaces for our members.
