What You’ll Do:
As a Youth Development Program Coordinator, you’ll plan, lead, and supervise activities for youth ages 6–18 within one or more core areas (Education, Arts, Health & Wellness, Leadership, or Sports) to provide a world-class Club experience.
Our Clubhouses are vibrant, high-energy spaces where no two days are the same! To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-noise environment. This position requires the physical ability to remain active and on your feet for the majority of your shift, move quickly to supervise youth in various settings (gym, outdoors, classrooms), and the ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs if necessary.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified candidates will have 1 years of experience leading programs for youth in the Elementary through Teen age groups. Because our mission focuses on school-age success, experience with infants and toddlers is not applicable toward the required experience for this position.
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with a background or active interest in Social Services, K-12 Education, or STEM disciplines.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional, patient, kind, and enthusiastic about youth development who can be a positive role model that leads by example.
- Able to communicate and work well with diverse backgrounds
- Organized and able to work independently
- Willing to learn, grow, and be part of a team
