Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position located in Huntsville, AL for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide daily support, including managing clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, handling phone communications, and assisting with executive administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, organizing documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Solid experience in performing Clerical Skills and general office tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in basic office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certificate in office administration is a plus
- Familiarity with nonprofit organizations or youth programs is a bonus
