Preferred Qualifications:

- 2 years supervisory experience required
- 1 year ASES or ELOP experience required

Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight & Delivery:
- Oversee daily implementation of our partnership with LJSD-Power Source programming across 5 elementary sites, including Homework Assistance, STEM, Digital Literacy, Leadership Development, and Social-Emotional Learning.
- Supervise and support site teams, including site leads, program leaders, and interns.
- Ensure all programs meet quality and compliance standards set by the state and district.
- Develop, approve, and distribute monthly activity calendars.
- Ensure all sites are fully equipped with necessary supplies and resources.
Staff & School Relations:
- Maintain daily communication and coordination with site power source lead, teachers, and district staff.
- Support, coach, and evaluate site staff performance. Provide feedback and corrective guidance.
- Build partnerships with school-day staff to align academic supports and monitor student progress.
- Ensure staff coverage and adult-to-student ratios are maintained, providing onsite support when needed.
Student Supervision & Safety:
- Ensure safe and structured environments during all program hours, including arrival, dismissal, and nutrition times.
- Serve as a role model for staff and students in behavior, communication, and professionalism.
Administrative & Compliance:
- Collect, maintain, and submit accurate records including attendance, reports, and site documentation.
- Ensure all sites follow Boys & Girls Clubs of La Habra and LJSD-Power Source policies and procedures.
- Document and report all incidents and accidents in coordination with site leadership.
- Conduct regular site visits and monthly staff check-ins to support quality improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Coordinate with Director of Operations, district contacts, and other stakeholders to align program schedules and events.
- Participate in district-led trainings, site leadership meetings, and community events to promote the Power Source Program.
- Represent the program in meetings and foster collaborative working relationships across all five sites.
Education:
Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Language:
Spanish fluency strongly preferred
Location Requirement:
Must be able to commute to and between sites within La Habra, CA 90631 and Lowell Joint School District locations
