Responsibilities

- Foster relationships with students to encourage their personal growth and self-esteem.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by adhering to first aid protocols when necessary.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to enhance the educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation in programs.
- Assist in planning and organizing special events, camps, or extracurricular activities.
Experience
- Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, tutoring, or childcare is essential.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Background in early childhood education or special education is highly desirable.
- Skills in sports coaching, theater, or other extracurricular activities are a plus.
- Previous experience in Christian counseling or youth mentorship is beneficial.
