Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations, assist in strategic business planning, manage budgeting and financial activities, and utilize analytical skills to optimize organizational efficiency. The role includes collaborating with leadership to ensure operational goals align with the mission and long-term objectives of the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes and drive improvements
- Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting, with the ability to manage and monitor financial plans
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with working in a non-profit or youth-oriented organization is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
