The Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County & Southern Utah is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Afterschool Site Director to lead our Teen Afterschool Program. What You Will Do
As a Site Director, you will manage the daily operations, safety, and leadership of your assigned afterschool site. You will create an inclusive environment that fosters academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character development.

Program Leadership: Plan and oversee high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs.

Staff Mentorship: Recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteers to maintain an excellent 1:15 staffing ratio.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain a physically and emotionally safe environment adhering to Child Care Licensing and BGCA safety procedures.

Community Partnerships: Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.

Operational Excellence: Manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.
Position Details & Compensation

Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Hours may vary slightly by site)

School Year: August 1 – May 31 (Summer opportunities vary by area)

Pay Range: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour

Location: Utah County: (Mt. Nebo Middle)

Reports To: Area Director or Area Lead
What We Are Looking For

Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Certifications: CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).

Drive: Valid driver's license (if operating BGCUC vehicles).
Preferred Experience: Working with youth (ages 5–18), supervising staff/volunteers, and proficiency with Google Suite.
