JOB DESCRIPTION-
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
We're looking for a confident, self-motivated communicator who thrives in front of a crowd and enjoys building strong relationships with school leaders. In this role, you'll be the public face of our social media safety program-presenting to students, parents, and educators, and working directly with principals and administrators to schedule and coordinate events. If you're a natural speaker, highly organized, and driven to make an impact, you'll excel here. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
● Serve as a presenter for the Boys & Girls Club's Net Positive, digital citizenship and safety program, delivering engaging, age-appropriate presentations to youth across regional school locations and Boys & Girls Clubs.
● Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with school principals, site coordinators, and community partners to expand program reach.
● Proactively schedule and coordinate all speaking engagements, school visits, and training sessions to meet annual outreach goals.
● Represent the program at school assemblies, parent nights, community events, and other public forums, ensuring a polished and professional image at all times.
● Provides a monthly report detailing outcomes, feedback, and assessment results to the Net Positive Program Director.
● Act as the main point of contact for participating schools and organizations, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
● Maintain a thorough understanding of current social media and online safety trends, risks, and best practices to keep presentation content relevant and impactful.
● Work independently to plan, prioritize, and execute outreach activities, meeting or exceeding participation and engagement targets.
● Promote a positive, consistent, and marketable image of the program to the general public and target groups.
● Track and report on presentations, attendance, feedback, and outcomes to the Net Positive Program Director.
● Continuously look for opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, strengthen school partnerships, and enhance program delivery.
● Perform other related duties as assigned to support the program's mission and growth.

About the Boys & Girls Club: The Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County provides in-school, afterschool, and summer learning opportunities and services to youth throughout Utah County. In addition, the club provides other related community services.
