The Boys & Girls Club of Utah County & Southern Utah is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Afterschool Site Coordinator to lead our Timpanogos Afterschool Program. What You Will Do
As a Site Coordinator, you will manage the daily operations, safety, and leadership of your assigned afterschool site. You will create an inclusive environment that fosters academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character development.
- Program Leadership: Plan and oversee high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs.
- Staff Mentorship: Recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteer to maintain an excellent 1:15 staffing ratio.
- Community Partnerships:Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.
- Operational Excellence: Manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
- Drive: Valid driver's license
Preferred Experience: Working with youth (ages 5-18), supervising staff/volunteers, and proficiency with Google Suite.
