The Membership Aide greets members, parents, and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, provides information about Club programs, and assists with membership processes. This role helps maintain a secure, clean, and organized entrance, creating a positive first impression, monitors lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access, and coordinates with program staff during member pick-up.

These are some of the additional things you will do as a Membership Aide:

Monitor lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access to restricted or program areas and coordinate with program staff during member pick-up.

Assist the Membership Coordinator with accepting and processing member applications accurately and efficiently.

Provide information on Club programs to members, parents, visitors, and respond to phone inquiries.

Learn about programming requirements and objectives for the five core program areas.

This is what your schedule would look like:
- This role is part-time and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments or class schedules.
- Afternoon hours: 2:00–7:00 PM during the school year; 12:00–6:00 PM during breaks.
- Work location: Pennington Clubhouse - 1300 Foster Drive

Qualifications:We have great staff who can teach you skills on the job, but there are some traits that will make you more successful as a Membership Aide.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- You are a fun, energetic, and excited individual.
- You want to pursue a career in data entry, billing, and accounts receivable.
- You have a passion for building a better community.
- You have the ability to communicate and cooperate with children, other staff, and parents.
- Minimum of 17 years or older
As part of our commitment to child and member safety, there are some additional steps that all hires will be asked to complete.
- You will need to provide 3 references. These references should be professional if you have work experience. If you don’t have work experience, these references can be any non-family member over the age of 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism.
- You will also be asked to complete a drug screen for any illegal substances, a background check, and a fingerprint check.
