We are looking for part-time applicants interested in a split-shift that will typically be 8am to 9/10am and 1:30pm to 4pm, averaging 20 hours per week.
This position does not require previous experience, but previous experience will be preferred.
This position does require a valid CDL with passenger endorsement. Additionally, due to insurance requirements, this position does require that you be 25 years of age or older.
You will have the opportunity to focus on youth safety and educational opportunity by:
- picking up and delivering Boys and Girls Club members aged three to five years in a safe and timely manner,
- assisting Transportation or the Facilities Department with routine maintenance and upkeep,
- and providing a safe and secure environment and experience for all Club members.
This position is expected to be highly accountable for their schedule and shifts, as this role is essential to daily operations. In addition, this position interacts with our members' so being respectful, encouraging, and patient is key to this role.
While this position is not eligible for medical, vision, or dental benefits, it is eligible for PTO, Nivati wellness and counseling, and may be eligible for a company pension.
Qualifications:We have a great team that can teach you skills on the job, but there are some things that will make you more successful as a Bus Driver with Boys & Girls Club.

- You are able to walk, talk, hear, stand, and sit for long periods of time, and occasionally to bend, kneel, run and/or climb.
As part of our commitment to child and member safety, there are some additional steps that all hires will be asked to complete.
- You will need to pass a background check.
- You will need to provide references. These references will need to be professional references from previous work experience.
- You will also be asked to complete a DOT drug screen, which does include THC.

Salary : $18 - $22
