Morning YDP (Youth Development Professional): $20.00/hour, 7.5 - 10 hours per week
Morning Lead: $25.00/hour, 10-15 hours per week
Change lives and have fun! Join a supportive team making a lasting difference in the lives of children and teens. The Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area is seeking Youth Development Professionals and Lead Staff for our Morning Program Sites at WRPS elementary schools.
No nights. No weekends. Just meaningful work Monday–Friday, generally 6:45 AM - 8:30 AM. If you love working with kids, bringing energy and creativity, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you.
As a Jumpstart Morning Program staff, you’ll:
- Engage with Club members through fun activities, games, and learning opportunities
- Facilitate daily program plans that support youth development
- Be a positive role model and mentor to kids in grades K–12
- Support safe and positive Club environments through behavior management and program supervision
- Work alongside a passionate team of youth professionals, volunteers, and directors
