No nights and no weekends! School year hours 3/3:30 pm - 7pm Monday thru Thurs. Fridays til 6pm. Rural site hours vary.
Do you enjoy working with kids, being a role model, and creating fun experiences? As a Program Leader at the Boys & Girls Club, you’ll help lead afterschool activities, support our members, and make a positive impact every day.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and Inspire – Run games, activities, and programs that are fun, safe, and meaningful.

Support Club Members – Build positive relationships and be a mentor for youth ages 6–18.

Keep Things Moving – Help with daily club operations like setting up activities, supervising spaces, and keeping things organized.

Model Great Behavior – Encourage positive choices and help manage behavior in a respectful, supportive way.

Work as a Team – Collaborate with other staff, volunteers, and directors to keep the club running smoothly and make sure everyone feels welcome.

What you'll need:
- Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Communicate effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Courteous and professional to all staff, club members, and families.
- Motivate youth and manage behavior problems
- Work with the general public
- Organize and supervise club members in a safe environment
- Must be able to pass a reference check and background check
Summer Camp Counselor experience is really beneficial!
Qualifications:
Salary : $11 - $13
