We are looking for a Youth Development Professional who is ready to roll up their sleeves, laugh, learn, and lead alongside amazing kids and teens.
General Function: Under the leadership of the Personnel Director and Clubhouse Director, the Program Director will plan, supervise, and lead structured activities that are designed to empower youth, ages 6-18, to excel in school, become good citizens, and lead healthy, productive lives. Responsible for leading all staff with role modeling positive professional relationships. Delegate duties to create a comprehensive and inclusive team.
