Youth Development Professional (Part-Time)

Position Summary
The Youth Development Professional leads daily after-school programs and activities for youth ages 6–17. You’ll bring creativity, structure, and energy to support kids in academics, recreation, arts, and leadership — making every Club day fun, engaging, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise engaging programs and activities.
Create lesson plans that support academic and personal growth.
Encourage participation and positive behavior among members.
Supervise youth to maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
Support Club events, field trips, and family nights.
Collaborate with staff, families, and volunteers.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
1 year of experience working with youth preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must pass background and drug screenings.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Schedule & Pay
Part-time: Monday–Friday, typically 1:30–7:00 PM.
Pay range: $18–$21/hour, based on experience.
Includes up to 40 hours of PTO annually and opportunities for professional development.
