Before & After-School Program Staff

The Boys & Girls Club of Cape Cod is HIRING!

The Boys and Girls Club of Cape Cod is seeking energetic and enthusiastic
individuals to be School Year Counselors, who provide a fun and educational
experience to all our children. Applicants must enjoy working with children, have a
fun and outgoing personality, and is comfortable leading activities and playing
games with children.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading activities for children groups ranging between grades 1-8, assisting those children groups with their homework and daily school assignments, engaging in games and activities with children during open time, and other duties that are expected of a before-school and/or after-school counselor.

Our School Year programs start September 8, 2026 and end on June 4, 2027. All programs run Monday through Friday, with the following operating hours: 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM (Before-School) and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (After-School). Applicants are welcome to apply for either or both programs, based on their availability!
