Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Angleton, TX. The Human Resource Manager will oversee the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training and professional development programs, handling conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with leadership to support organizational goals and staff well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering Workplace Culture
• Knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Development
• Expertise in Performance Management and Training Program Development
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in HR software and technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred but not required
