Boys & Girls Aid is hiring a full-time Skills Trainer in Portland, OR.

Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 - $21.50/hour

What You'll Do
As a Skills Trainer, you'll:
- Design and lead skill-building activities for youth
- Support positive behavior and communication
- Guide recreational and cultural activities onsite and in the community
- Transport youth to appointments using your own car or agency van
- Conduct nonviolent crisis interventions (NVCI)
- Collaborate with foster parents and staff to help youth succeed
Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in social services, mental health, or caregiving with youth
OR
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or sociology 1 year experience - Valid OR/WA driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
