Open Adoption & Family Services, a program of Boys & Girls Aid, is seeking a 10 hour/week Outreach Specialist to join our team.

About Boys & Girls Aid and the Open Adoption & Family Services program

The Open Adoption & Family Services program provides unbiased all options pregnancy counseling, and when the choice is adoption, we provide ethically-minded adoption services with a focus on openness. What You'll Do
- Educate and promote about Open Adoption & Family Services through both verbal and written communication to hospitals, clinics, and community organizations throughout Oregon and Washington.
- Schedule and coordinate outreach presentations.
- Maintain accuracy of the established outreach database, updating information as needed, and identifying new outreach partners.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of marketing materials requests in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher with an emphasis on communications, marketing, networking, administrative support, or other relevant field, plus a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with all-options pregnancy counseling and/or open adoption is preferred.
