Membership Clerk
Part-Time | $18–$21/hour | Reports to: Program Manager

Position Summary
The Membership Clerk is the welcoming face of our Club sites—greeting families, managing member check-in/check-out, maintaining accurate records, and supporting program staff. This part-time position ensures smooth front-desk operations and contributes to a safe, engaging environment for all youth.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members, families, and visitors warmly and professionally.
Oversee daily sign-in/sign-out and member safety procedures.
Communicate with parents and guardians about Club updates.
Support Site Managers with translation, paperwork, and data entry.
Maintain accurate member records and process payments.
Keep information boards, signage, and calendars current.
Assist with program and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Experience working with youth preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Schedule & Environment
Part-time, typically 2:15 PM–7:00 PM weekdays. Work occurs on-site at Club locations in a lively, youth-centered environment.
