Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 to track inventory, process orders, and manage stock levels efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels through inventory management software to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, verifying shipping labels, and coordinating with shipping logistics providers for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate data entry records of all transactions related to shipping & receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards
Skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs
- Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and trade compliance procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent basic math skills for counting inventory, verifying quantities, and calculating measurements
- Experience with warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, load & unload processes
- Skilled in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and external partners
