Responsibilities
A Ski Valet's typical job functions include:
- Storing guests personal and rental ski/snowboard equipment
- Assisting guests in retrieval of equipment
- Acting as mountain-side concierge
- Offering guests daily information regarding mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining options on property
- Providing superior customer service to our guests at all times
- Answering questions and providing directions
- Assisting in other areas and performing other tasks as needed
Qualifications
This position may be for you if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have achieved a high school diploma or completed a GED
- You are available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- You are interested in a guest service oriented position, having excellent communication skills, are able to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- You are able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk frequently
- You are interested in working outside in varying weather conditions
