Position Summary
The Pool Concierge is a full-time, year-round position responsible for creating an exceptional resort experience while maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence of all pool facilities. This role combines traditional pool maintenance duties with high-end hospitality services to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Executive Housekeeper
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering orientation to pool facilities and amenities
- Anticipate guest needs by providing personalized service, including:
- Setting up loungers with fresh towels and pillows
- Offering complimentary water service and seasonal refreshments
- Providing swimming accessories (goggles, swim diapers, sunscreen) upon request
- Assisting guests with special needs or accommodations
- Monitor pool capacity while maintaining an upscale atmosphere
- Address guest inquiries about resort activities and facilities
- Maintain lost and found items with detailed documentation
Safety & Guest Comfort
- Monitor pool and spa areas to ensure guest safety and comfort
- Maintain cleanliness of all guest areas
- Report any maintenance needs to facilities team
- Guide guests on proper use of facilities and amenities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
- Knowledge of pool operations and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform required duties
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
The Pool Attendant’s typical job functions include:
- Ensuring pool area is ready for guests
- Maintaining linens and replenishing as needed
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and helpful manner; reporting and intervening when guests are involved in unsafe behavior
- Observing and correcting safety issues in pool area
- Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor
Qualifications
This position may be for you if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have achieved a high school diploma or GED
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills
- You are detail oriented, well organized and work well independently and in a team environment
- You are able to lift up to 50lbs, push and pull carts, repeatedly stock linens
