Our Dishwashers play a key support role in facilitating a smooth flow in our kitchens to assure exceptional dining experiences for our guests and in assisting fellow team members in the back of house area. This entry level position is a great opportunity to gain experience in our Food & Beverage team while working for one of the leading vacation destinations in the world.

Responsibilities

Picture yourself being a Dishwasher at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:  

• Assist our culinary professionals in providing amazing service while working the dish area with a smile  
• Ensuring a smooth flow in the kitchen by keeping up with volume of work 
• Showcase your cleanliness standards by keeping the dish area and maintaining impeccable order  
• Display helpful and supportive communication with leaders and fellow team members 
• Maintain harmonious relationships with team members by being open to completing any task or function that will enhance the service experience  
• Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests  

Qualifications

Recipe for Success:  

• Have a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry  
• Possess the ability to excel in an environment with repetitive tasks in a steady or fast, even pace  
• Remain patient and cool under pressure 
• Exhibit clean work habits and ownership of a safe, clean work area  
• Work within established standards and procedures  
• Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays  
• Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
