Responsibilities
- Performing pool care and maintenance; boiler room water chemical testing and water softener care and maintenance
- Conducting air conditioning and heat change over
- Completing guest room care and maintenance
- Performing food service equipment repair and maintenance
- Reviewing and performing preventative maintenance on plant equipment
- Assisting in snow removal
- Performing infrastructure maintenance; water system inspection and maintenance
- Maintaining accurate time and material repair billing records
- Utilizing a motor vehicle to pick up supplies, parts and other materials as necessary
- You are at least 18 years old
- Achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- You possess a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and electrical
- You have a knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems is helpful
- You are responsible for your own basic hand tools; Boyne Mountain will supply any specialty tools and equipment
- You are able to crouch, bend, stand and/or sit in one position for prolonged periods of time
- You possess a valid driver’s license
