Responsibilities
The Housekeeping Inspector's typical job functions include:
- Inspecting, ensuring and maintaining all areas of resort are clean including guest rooms, meeting rooms, corridors, elevators, restrooms, stairwells and all other public spaces of property
- Maintaining records for inspections, findings, requested corrections and other required check lists to turn into lead supervisor
- Maintaining continuous training, education and development for team members
- Checking staff schedule daily for changes and communicating to staff any changes that may affect them
- Assisting room attendants when necessary
This position might be for you if:
- You have previous housekeeping experience
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- You achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- You have exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are well organized
