Responsibilities:
The Busser's typical job functions include:
- Ensuring waitstaff can focus on the guests and make sure that food comes out in a timely fashion
- Clearing and sanitizing tables for the next group of guests
- Disposing of trash and other waste
- Keeping the restaurant stocked with adequate supplies, such as plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins
- Assisting cooks, servers, dishwashers, and bartenders with various tasks as needed
