Boyne Resorts is looking for a high-energy candidate to join our Boyne Rewards loyalty Program team. This person will continue the tradition of excellent guest service and creating lasting memories for each guest.

- Daily phone communication with external and internal guests.
- Post missing points to customer accounts.
- Facilitate membership enrollments.
- Member account maintenance.
- Manages and creates gift cards.
- Limited website work.
- Answer phones and emails as they come in.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- 1 - 2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Excellent writing skills to write product descriptions, chat online with customers and respond to emails.
- Highly developed verbal communication, and interpersonal and organizational skills.
