Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Sales & Leasing Coordinator to support brokerage and leasing activities. This role combines transaction support, lease administration, and general clerical responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. Salary commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of lease documents, including new leases, amendments, renewals, and extensions
- Draft and format proposals and marketing materials for office and commercial space
- Coordinate with brokers and legal teams throughout the leasing process
- Maintain accurate lease files, abstracts, and critical date tracking
- Support lease administration functions and documentation updates
- Prepare and update vacancy reports and property availability summaries
- Ensure data accuracy in internal systems and databases
- Provide general clerical and administrative support (filing, correspondence, scheduling, document management)
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or administrative support preferred
- Familiarity with lease documents and real estate terminology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience Yardi a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Legal experience a plus, particularly exposure to contract review, lease drafting, or transaction documentation
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with lease abstraction and administration
- Knowledge of commercial office leasing processes
- Strong document formatting and proofreading abilities
Work Environment:
- Office-based 5-days a week.
