Boyle Construction, a 46-year-old mid-size Lehigh Valley based commercial construction firm seeks an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Meet, greet, and assist visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Administrative tasks (copying, scanning, typing, filing etc.)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments for various staff
- Maintain company calendar
- Provide support to staff and management as needed
- Inventory supplies and proactively order
- General office organization
- Schedule office and field lunches
- Assist with company social events
Qualifications:
- Strong organizations skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role required
- Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred
- Good phone presence, self-motivated, punctual
- AIA contract documents experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, meeting all deadlines
