What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Direct Sales position at Boyett Petroleum?
Summary:
The position will be responsible to develop commercial, agricultural and governmental bulk fuel business throughout California. We are a large California jobber seeking a salesperson experienced in prospecting, qualifying, pricing and servicing end users of truck and trailer delivered gasoline and diesel. Ideal candidate will have an established customer base and be familiar with the RFP/RFQ process. Duties will include obtaining credit applications from prospective customers; quoting customers on a daily basis; receiving customer orders; and assisting in the collection process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
To perform the job successfully, individual should demonstrate the following competencies: exceptional interpersonal skills; individual must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; organized and able to prioritize work load efficiently; demonstrates attention to detail and analytical skills; ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others; intermediate computer skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Successful candidate must possess a professional attitude. Must be excited to learn and grow with the company.
