Position Overview
Boyer Commercial Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site operations for complex commercial construction projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project success from pre-construction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project completion
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Partner with the Project Manager to develop, maintain, and execute project schedules
- Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with plans, specifications, and codes
- Identify and resolve field challenges proactively to keep projects on track
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners
- Optimize site logistics, resource allocation, and productivity for maximum efficiency
- Mentor and develop junior superintendents and field personnel
Qualifications
- 20 years of hands-on experience supervising commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated success delivering ground-up, renovation, and/or tenant improvement projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure
