What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation Team Member position at Boyer Candy Company, Inc?
Welcome to Boyer Candy Company, maker of the iconic Mallo Cup and Clark Bar! We are seeking a dedicated Second Shift Sanitation Team Member. The qualified applicant will work in a team of five to ensure the cleanliness of our facilities. Hours are Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 12pm.
Responsibilities Overview
- Using steam guns to cleaning machinery (like Ghostbusters!)
- Disassembling and reassembling basic machinery to ensure cleanliness (like MacGyver!)
- General cleaning and maintaining upkeep of the facility
- Must be able to perform many varied jobs associated with the cleaning and sanitation of equipment, utensils and facility, including but not limited to: the proper use of chemicals at proper dosing, the operation and wash down of processing equipment, the use of a tray washer, the use of foamers, manual cleaning of equipment and utensils, sweeping/ washing floors, washing walls and overhead pipes, etc.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
