We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development tailored to early childhood education.
- Support students in daily lessons
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages children’s growth and development.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including childhood development and behavior management strategies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Classroom management experience to maintain a positive learning environment.
