We offer a competitive commission structure with bonus opportunities throughout the year; new sales associates have the ability to earn a starting salary of $75,000. In this role, you will:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Be skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a client's needs, build the sale and provide assistance and knowledge on products and brands
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge
- Achieve personal and department sales goals, often exceeding beyond your goal
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales and retention
- Clientele to new and current clients (reach out, follow ups, etc.) to build productive trust relationships with clients
- Strategize own business and be self‐motivated; take initiative to increase individual productivity through selling and strong client relationships
- Utilize social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary
The Ideal Candidate has:
- At least 3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury clothing retail establishment
- Background in commission-based luxury sales
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals through leveraging clientele
- Established client relationships is preferred
- Extensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
