Role Description
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing nationwide sales teams, analyzing sales data, and overseeing the sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, Managing Senior Reginal Sales Managers, Independent Rep selection and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. We Sell under the brands of Beautyrest, Nautica and Boyd Sleep. We sell Walmart, Costco, Amazon and many top brick and mortar accounts.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales strategy development and sales operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and reporting
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
