Duties
- Develop and execute engaging visual concepts for branding, advertising campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Design logos, icons, layouts, and other graphic elements using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch.
- Create motion graphics and animations for videos, presentations, and digital content using Adobe After Effects and other animation software.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling visual content aligned with brand strategies and marketing goals.
- Manage digital design projects from concept through production, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms including WordPress websites and content management systems.
- Conduct photo shoots or photo manipulation to enhance visual storytelling; maintain consistent color management and typography standards.
- Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders using presentation skills and tools like InVision or similar platforms; incorporate feedback effectively to refine designs.
Skills
- Expertise in art direction, branding, UI/UX design, layout design, and production design for both digital and print media.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, typesetting, and visual design principles to create aesthetically balanced compositions.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, photo manipulation, sign manufacturing processes, and digital art creation.
- Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; excellent presentation skills for client or team reviews.
