Automotive Parts Counter Specialist – Immediate Opening

About the Role
This is a retail parts counter position where you’ll work directly with customers and technicians to identify, source, and deliver the right parts—quickly and accurately.
You’ll be working a busy front counter with a steady mix of walk-in customers and internal service tickets.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the department running efficiently while providing a professional, positive experience at the counter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist customers and technicians at the counter and over the phone
- Accurately look up and order OEM parts
- Process transactions, invoices, and returns
- Maintain an organized and professional front counter area
- Communicate clearly on parts availability and timelines
- Support overall department efficiency and workflow
Success in this role means accuracy, urgency, and strong communication with both customers and technicians.
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive parts experience preferred (GM experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and parts catalogs
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset
