Boyd Landscaping LLC is growing fast, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Crew Leader (Driver) to take charge of daily operations. You’ll be responsible for transporting equipment, leading a small team on residential and commercial landscaping jobs, and making sure every yard we touch looks top-tier.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers
- Supervise and work alongside crew members to complete lawn care and landscaping tasks
- Communicate with clients professionally if needed
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and secured
- Keep job sites clean and organized
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Legal to work in the U.S.
- Experience driving with trailers (backing up, parking, loading/unloading)
- Proficient with zero-turn mowers and commercial lawn care equipment
- Punctual, professional, and able to lead by example
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in heat
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
